As Built
As-Built models are vital to a lot of our clients. The most effective way of creating this is by using Laser Scan's. During site install it is possible for items to be installed differently then the design provided. We are able to modify the design model and drawings to suit the scan data, ensuring the latest model and drawings show exactly what has been installed.
Digital Twins
Using the scan data on its own is possible, utilising software we are able to walk through our clients site and apply comments, complete measurements, plan upgrades etc. Having a digital twin of the site and/or building could be invaluable to the project planning stage.
Scan To BIM
Scan To BIM is the most modern way to create a 3D model of any existing site. By using the Laser Scan data and our expertise we are able to reproduce structures, pipework, HVAC etc. It is possible to have intelligence applied to these models if required, creating a full integrated model of the site.
Site Walks
We are also able to visit your site and physically walk the site. This will help us understand exactly the problems you have and how best to fix it. We are able to reverse engineer your current setup or improve your documentation on existing site conditions.
